What You Can Expect from a Neshamah Healing Session You will lie face-up on a massage table, fully clothed, while I work in the energy fields around the body, providing an activation of energies that serve your needs in that moment. This hands-off energy work provides an infusion of energy directly into the body and surrounding energy system, helping to balance your internal processes; and transmute and release any old physical, mental and emotional patterns that are not serving you. You will feel more peaceful, relaxed, balanced and energized. In this state, the body, mind and emotions can re-balance and healing can take place.
For those of my clients who are interested, I also teach very simple techniques to identify conditioned patterns in yourself and to change the ones that do not serve you. You will relate to yourself in a new way. By changing the way you relate to yourself, you are empowered to make the changes in your life that you want to make - there are no limits!
